I usually wear women's size 9-9.5 in shoes and sneakers, mostly 9.5. Size 9 in these Reeboks is perfect for me. I also have wide feet and the regular 9 is perfect. In other words, they're a bit wider and taller than most nines. I tried the 9.5 and they were too big and baggy so I would recommend ordering half a size smaller than you normally wear. I ordered these for my big toe pain and they are so comfortable and relieves the pain instantly. They have good cushioning, decent arch support and a fairly stiff sole that are recommended for people with stiff toes. Update: I love these shoes! I've tested them indoors and now outdoors and still love them! As soon as I put them on, the pain in my toes disappears and the shoes seem to nestle gently against my feet. I feel like I'm on a cloud pillow! The reviews that say the sole is stiff are true. So if you are looking for a flexible shoe, this is not it. However, if you have sore feet and toes and hard soles have been recommended for you, this is what you need!
