Review on 🎋 Bamboo Stove Cover Cutting Board by Camco - 4 Burner, Brown (43548) by Tiarik Gonzalez

Yesterday I received this camco hob. It appears to be very well made and very attractive. With the legs attached, it reaches the ideal height just above the edge of the plate (see image). It appears to have an 'unfinished' finish so after washing I put a cutting board protector on it which I would recommend you do the same if purchasing this one. The image posted by Revain or Camco for this item listing is NOT correct. It's not that dirty orange color. This is the color of a regular wooden cutting board. They would actually sell a lot more if they put a good image on the list! I don't use my cooktop because I have portable induction burners and before I got this countertop they sat unevenly on the electric burners. . Now they are nice and smooth! No more eggs, sunny side up, falling to one side of the pan! IT IS MADE IN [communist] CHINA. Camco appears to be trying to hide this fact by putting it in small print only on the outside shipping carton label (see attached image) and not on the work surface itself. Even though it's made in China, it seems to be of good quality. Putting on the legs was relatively easy if I wasn't paying attention to the included instructions, which I find a bit unclear. As for adjustment, they are NOT adjustable up and down! The advertised adjustability refers to the fact that they can be moved 3.5 inches to allow a person to move their feet to avoid bumps in the floor. When you buy this, THE FEET ARE IN ONE OF THE PACKING BOX'S CARBON SIDE MOUNTS. The reason I'm emphasizing this is because another reviewer said it didn't have legs and I'm willing to bet he threw them away with the packaging material. My only concern is that if I ever use the oven it vents in the middle of one of the rear electric burners so I have to keep an eye on it or remove it when using the oven (SEE UPDATE). were on, but all of their ovens vented the oven through the BACK of the oven (which is normal for a glass top oven). There have been people asking questions about this and most of the respondents didn't understand that the problem was the vent BELOW the countertop because they had glass countertops with vents on the tank and above - people can only relate to what's in theirs used to life. For now, I would recommend this item. I'll update if this changes for any reason (which I don't anticipate). I was debating whether to give this one 4 or 5 stars as it is made in communist China and they seem to be trying to hide that fact but the quality is good so I've decided to give 5. UPDATE: As far as using the oven, I've used the oven 2 times, both times at 375 degrees Fahrenheit, for about 20-30 minutes. The work surface was not damaged in any way, but warmed up to the top. On the other hand, I LOVE this item and am very glad I bought it!
