In general I like it. It gives control and softness to my very coarse beard. I like the density, a very thick formula, it's totally solid in the jar, you have to scrape it off with the back of the nail (it says so in the instructions too). It's quite nice as it melts a bit in my hands and spreads well throughout my beard without being too runny. My only complaint is that its effects wear off quickly. After a few hours my beard starts breaking and itching again. I find I have to reapply it about 3 or 4 times a day. I would have liked a little more durability.
