Review on Premium Protection with OtterBox Prefix Case for iPhone 12 Mini - Black by Arturo Reyes

I've been using the symmetrical Otterbox for years. Every time I upgraded my phone, I bought a new symmetrical case. When I saw that Otterbox was making an even thinner case, I told myself that wasn't a problem. Even persuaded a few friends to buy it. It was really perfect until one day I took my phone out of the case to clean it and the case cracked like a cheap 5 case at the bottom. SERIOUSLY disappointed I tried making a claim on Otterkisten's website but the prefix isn't even listed as an option.
