Premium Protection with OtterBox Prefix Case for iPhone 12 Mini - Black Review

It was thinner than I thought. I sent it back because I didn't think it would protect my phone at all. I ended up buying a T-Mobile Tech 21 case in desperation to protect my new phone. I wish this would work.

I've been using the symmetrical Otterbox for years. Every time I upgraded my phone, I bought a new symmetrical case. When I saw that Otterbox was making an even thinner case, I told myself that wasn't a problem. Even persuaded a few friends to buy it. It was really perfect until one day I took my phone out of the case to clean it and the case cracked like a cheap 5 case at the bottom. Edit: I filed a warranty claim although I thought charging a 6 month warranty for shipping was a bit ridiculous... BUT I found out that case has been dropped. I would not recommend this product at all. I was offered to exchange the case for Symmetry and I accepted. I've had Symmetry cases before and they were fantastic.
