Ideal for creams and moisturizers
My son (1.5 years) has very dry and sensitive skin. He has very severe follicular keratosis on his face, arms and legs. Nothing helped. So I tried this and even after 1 use it dramatically reduced the redness and blemishes. We also exfoliate and use Eucerin baby lotion for eczema and have almost completely eliminated the bumps and red, dry, scaly skin.
