I like that it is easy to use, has many features (including an API), allows for multiple users in one account so you don't have duplicate data stored or entered into your system by different people with separate accounts - great! It's also very affordable compared other services out there which are more expensive but lack some of these key benefits. 1) The interface could be improved upon2). There isn’t much customization available3.) Some fields can take quite awhile before they update4.). Not all information gets updated when using this service5.). Sometimes we need help figuring things out6.). We've had issues where certain types/categories get stuck as "pending"7.). When searching through our database sometimes results aren't accurate8.), etc9. For most companies who want something simple & inexpensive without having too high expectations10., This should work just fine11..
