
So due to the average caffeine content, I'm certainly not very enthusiastic about the workout. I usually get more energy and focus from pre-workouts that contain even less caffeine. I think you need beta alanine or something else that makes you feel ready. The pumps are frankly soft, I don't know what everyone is talking about. I have to make two big spoons now and it's a little bit better but usually the price is outrageous. There are definitely fillers here. It doesn't mix well at all. I will probably update with photos to show. Like that brown fiber stuff that people drink mixed. The taste is just ok. I won't get it again until I see results, but I don't get results as quickly as others. Before that, I stopped lifting weights for 4 weeks because of shoulder pain.
