I bought this yarn to make a hat for one of my nieces. The yarn is strong but doesn't go all the way through the rainbow. It starts with one color, red, goes to red-orange, orange, yellow-orange, yellow, then back to red, so it doesn't have a full rainbow from red to purple. I ended up cutting and stitching the colors to make a full rainbow, but they were missing a middle color, teal I guess, so it didn't blend like the other colors. In addition, the yarn is fantastic, bright and easy to work with. I didn't find a single section tied together, which is a huge plus considering various threads can snap from time to time. The yarn is well made and was the perfect strength for what I needed for the hat.
