Works great on my Nintendo Switch. You may need to make sure your Switch has all system updates installed as one of the early 2017 updates added more USB drivers that are missing at launch. I connected the ethernet cable and the Nintendo OEM charging handle for the joycon, which work fine. Joy-con acts as a wired controller and charges at normal speed through this adapter. I do NOT have a separately sold power supply/AC adapter and have had no problems. But maybe I'll order one later to have peace of mind. (Edit: I have one, works great) I have yet to test my version of the WiiU with a USB GameCube controller adapter. It looks like this will likely be compatible with the next Super Smash Brothers Ultimate game, so it would be nice if I could use this for TWO USB ports on the GC adapter. Edit: Works great with the Game Cube adapter. Used for wired Ethernet and GC controllers in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe.
