I was excited to get this set as I really like the card that was made. However, when I received it and tried it, the punch did not completely cut through the base cardboard. The top and bottom parts of the die don't cut well. I had to add a triple spacer and an extra support piece and run it 3 or 4 times to get it all the way around. I've tried several times, but the same result every time. The reason I bought the die was so I didn't have to cut everything by hand. What a disappointment. I am very disappointed with this matrix. What a disappointment. Fabulous, I'm really disappointed with your 3D big arc shaping maps.
