Very satisfied. This robot vacuum doesn't have some of the features that the Roomba and other more expensive models have, but it does what it's designed to do. There are some things it can't handle, but I knew about it before I bought it and thought the price difference was worth it. I've read reviews from others that it didn't transition from hard floors to carpets very well, but ours is thin enough to make it possible. It has some issues but in the end it works. It sucks very well, you can see that it sucks well. The sensors do an excellent job of preventing it from bumping into furniture and walls, but as a result it doesn't get close enough to suck a room setting. Also, the main brush will snag when the hair is wrapped around the metal rod it is attached to. I attribute this to the ridiculous amount our dog loses and we don't vacuum him. I believe that after the initial removal of the mats, this robot vacuum will not have any maintenance problems. It would have been better if we had dealt with the worst of the conditions with a normal vacuum first, but I wanted to test how well the robot performs in horrendous moulting conditions. We also have many small toys from our three children lying all over the living room floor. Ideally, the vacuum cleaner could work better if we collected everything, but in reality, toys are never fully assembled. It just drags a bit more since the ground clearance is so low, and it didn't get confused and snagged by it. He hides under sofas and in the Pack N Play and always finds out. This vacuum cleaner exceeded my expectations, which were reasonable considering the low price and what I've read from other happy customers. If we need a model with more features I will definitely buy a better model from Pyle instead of Roomba.
