Helps my ankle from years of sprains
Love this.
I used tgis in physical therapy once and it helped my stiff ankle so i finally bought one. I have fractured and sprained my ankle 20 years ago so its never been the same and my ankle always goes out on me so every time i sprain it this helps me stretch it out.
- It does help with stretching.
- Well I was hoping to use this for calf stretches. A complete waste of money.
