Had to cut drywall and add blocking. The supplied system does not work. If you drill a 1-1/4 inch diameter hole to insert a large pry bar in the drywall, the mounting tab will be only slightly larger than the hole you just drilled, and when you screw in the fastener there will be no support underneath because there is a hole. The fastener should be flush with the surface of the drywall. The competitor's drum screw is similar, but the mounting plate is much larger and can be supported by drywall despite the large hole drilled. If you buy this, be prepared to stud or cut drywall to add blocking.
