This is a great price. If you take the time to READ the specs, these devices perform better than advertised! My experience shows that the temperature difference between devices in the same environment is 3% and the humidity is less than 1%. The focus of the units I bought was on humidity, not temperature. The units have fast response times and display temperatures down to 1/10th of your chosen temperature type (F or C), they do not switch between modes. As stand alone units they work as expected or better than expected BUT ONLY in NON-CRITICAL applications. This is a Class 1 product with variable component content from 1 to 10% both SMT and TH with a large amount of unrefined flux. So I got a bad block. EVERYONE has a fast, friendly, hassle-free postal and replacement policy which I believe makes buying these units something you WILL NOT RUDE! Just remember to make sure the specified tolerance fits your application. Also, fresh batteries always increase the tolerance of devices. (Bulk LR13s are under $0.20 each).
