Review on SONGMICS Cabinet Pedestal Assembled UOFC60BK by Amy Wilson

cabinet arrived and in good condition. I was able to attach the rollers and insert the folder guides. The rails were tight. I put my files in and didn't open the bottom drawer for weeks. After opening it several times it seemed to twist. I don't turn the closet. He stands motionless in one place. As you can see in the picture, the left side of the drawer is a good 3/4 inch lower. Enough space to easily insert your finger. The box is not full. I have contacted Revain for a refund/replacement as this is a relatively large item. And I've only had it for 3 weeks. They said it was a "stock deal" so they couldn't replace it. They offered me a 20% discount to keep it. Or I could find the package by myself and send it back. No advice or help with returning this large item. I'm disappointed. I figured they could at least ask UPS to pick up and pack such a large item for return.
