Beyerdynamic is always a pleasure

My expectations of games have changed a lot over the course of my life. In my past carefree days of wonder and youth, video games were an experience of exploration; I satisfied my curiosity and drew new worlds for myself. The long, seemingly endless binge eating sessions were less an escape from reality and more an exercise in seeing boundaries. I've played a lot of games just for fun, and I've found myself playing games that, looking back, were just plain fun. But I'm different now. I am older, wiser and much unhappier. I "play" games as an escape. I don't enjoy games unless I shatter the egos of young nerds in relentless demonstrations of 5D tactics and targets like reflexes. I'm the type of PUGB player who wipes out 3/4 of a squad but holds onto my overloaded left mouse trigger to watch as the fourth and sole survivor limps out of the blue. I know his friends are watching him and cheering him on with dull hope. The joy of seeing the team suffer is far better than simply sending them back to the lobby with little or no incident. This is my escape. The world has stolen my courage and my strength. My only form of retaliation is to seek out players and invoke my huge and huge ego for their pathetic beta feelings. I may not have as many good play sessions as I did in the old days when I had a boring but demanding job, took on household chores, fulfilled marital responsibilities, and was enslaved to the world's neediest pup. But heck if I don't put on my custom Beyerdynamic gaming headset and do intense, immersive 15-minute sessions twice a week. These headphones are on another level. I love my open pair of Beyerdynamic 990s and have always wanted to replicate that soundstage and power with a more isolating character. Submit your OWN game. These benches are a premium price for an excellent listening experience. Put them on and become a sound god. In case you're wondering how good that sounds, I'm listening to a Black Widow reboot after shooting Tachanka on Dust2 by Pachinka even while doing a 2018 inventory management sim with Geralt in post-apocalyptic West Virginia, so yeah, pretty good.
