the tongue of the lock of the fuel cap is cut off.
The locking tab fits the OEM filler cap and secures the cap to the filler cap when you screw the oil filler cap back on. However, when I installed the factory oil filler cap into the filler neck, the small retaining tab broke off the attachment point on the inside of the filler neck.
