I didn't install these doorknobs when I first got them [my fault], over a month later, after two weeks of use, one of the three isn't working properly It is very loose inside as if already worn. can't close it hard to even open the door. My return date was of course past but I emailed the retailer to try and get help with no reply. This is my first time doing a review but thought you should know that they are not very well done. They seemed like a good deal, but they weren't.
