I have an SAE terminal on each of my small used machines. I liked the concept of the new generation of NOCO chargers and I bought them. Of course, that means I need a converter. I'm not aware that on the NOCO adapter side, the connection is watertight/hermetic/sealed. It connects well, and probably a silicon dielectric will solve this problem. A more serious problem lies on the side of the SAE connector. I have tried this NOCO adapter on several different SAE connectors. The connection / boarding is very free. It doesn't quite match either - generally all my SAE plugs from offers, minders and extensions bought from third party suppliers match completely, I see some sort of exposed conductor on the Sae minus stem. This lets water and dirt through. Poorly. It's too loose and pulls out easily with minimal effort. The SAE forks should spread out, but that's too loose/light. Not worth the money for an SAE connector. It's probably better to pair an aftermarket SAE connector with a proprietary NOCO connector. Pay attention to the polarity.
