The knives personally came to me in their original form; they require care and should be wiped clean after use; they should not be stored together but rather in a stand or magnetic holder so that they do not become dull; I do not regret spending three thousand dollars on the knives; contrary to the claims of some reviewers that the knives are thin (which is not the case), the steel on my Tefal santoku, which is also thinner, does not bend in the slightest.
