Not sure it works for weight loss
I bought this because I was trying to focus fat burning on my stomach- well it definitely makes you seem to sweat in the area based on sweat literally pouring off when I removed the belt - however no noticeable or permanent results. Probably not worth the money to be honest
- Snug,tight fit. Causes waist to sweat
- The belt may not provide enough pressure or compression to be effective
