Review on SlapFive Customer Voice Engine by Aaron Schultz

The ease of use is great for our internal team with how quickly we can set up projects! There's very little training required - just start using it right away. You do need some technical skills though (i'm sure they'll train you but I haven't personally used their support staff). We've been able to get out-of-the box feedback from hundreds if not thousands of different clients across many industries without having to hire an external firm or build something ourselves! The ease of use, the ability to organize stories into themes and sub-themes, and the ability to assign stories to users for prioritization are all very nice features. I have not found anything that I dislike about this tool at this time. It is an easy way to get started with customer feedback. There are many tools available out there, but we decided to go with SlapFive because it was a great fit for our needs. We were able to get started quickly and begin gathering customer feedback.
