The best part is that it's very easy for non-technical people like me who are not familiar with IT tools or software development practices (like coding) but can write great copy! I have been able use this tool without having prior experience of writing content creation online by using other platforms such as Hubspot which was expensive so at least now there won't be an additional cost involved when we need more writers/content creators - just another platform from where you'll get your articles

They have been proactive with their team throughout all of our projects within this platform. Their support is fantastic! There are some minor quirks that I'm sure you can get used too but nothing major so far other than being able to use it anywhere. The ease of use is great for our internal team with how quickly we can set up projects! There's very little training required - just start using it right away. You do need some technical skills though (i'm sure they'll train you but I haven't personally used their support staff). User friendly and customizable - it was relatively easy for us to navigate through all of our different user groups (newbie/intermediate users vs senior management). There are some customization options which can be challenging when not well versed with the software or how exactly you want your dashboards set up initially. The ability for us to create content that is not only engaging but also relevant with our audience was really cool! We were able use it within multiple channels including social media posts like Facebook/Twitter & Instagram Stories along withe video's we post daily through YouTube Live Streams etc., which made creating unique experiences easy. I wish there would be more templates out of each category so you could have even better options when trying something different than what comes pre-built
