The perfect blend between analytics & internal communications

User friendly and customizable - it was relatively easy for us to navigate through all of our different user groups (newbie/intermediate users vs senior management). There are some customization options which can be challenging when not well versed with the software or how exactly you want your dashboards set up initially. I would suggest doing lots of training before we actually launched because there is quite a steep learning curve! However once people understand what they need to input into it (customer comments), then using it's pretty intuitive. We've gotten amazing visibility around customer feedback from this tool- its been used weekly by multiple teams across my organization and has provided tremendous insight into our business. I like how easy it is to use and the fact that it is very customizable. A few things I dislike are that it can be a bit expensive and it doesn't always come up with the results I'm looking for. I would recommend it because it's easy to use and has a lot of features. I use it to make sure customers are satisfied with the way we do things. It's also helpful to get feedback from customers that we're not doing a good enough job.

  • The accessibility within slack so anyone in an account could have access.
  • Easy navigation, especially if someone knows Excel beforehand as most dashboard creation will involve putting columns together manually via excel first
