Great for sisal on cat scratching posts
I have replaced sisal on cat scratching posts. I used them to pin the ends. Works great, runs smoothly. They are big and thick but very useful for keeping the sisal in place from aggressive cat scratching. For those doing the same, use them at the beginning and at the end. Please do not use hot glue. Not only does this not last long, but the cat can get glue residue in its paws and mouth while grooming. I would recommend them for this purpose. I haven't used them for anything else.
