When I received this product and plugged it in it said the drive had a fault and I need my computer to fix it before I could use it. Before bed I stored about 16GB on this 1TB drive. When I turned on my computer the next day, the drive only showed 32GB of space. I deleted everything on it and it still said 32GB. I restarted my computer and nothing changed. There is no way to reload the disk. Physical or electronic, so a replacement had to be called. The device gives me an error message every time I try to do something. If it continues like this, I'll just have to send it back with the old one. I need to request a refund. The device keeps disconnecting and reconnecting like the first one. I also keep giving myself an error when I try to do something. Failed to move files to it, Failed to move a file from it, Failed to try to watch the 24 anime I finally have on the hard drive. This is the worst hardware I've ever come across and I've been building and programming PCs since 1985.
