Review on SalesTrendz by Shahed Cleveland

I love that you can create as many different reports or dashboards to meet your specific needs, it's easy enough so anyone in our organization could use this software with ease! The UI/UX isn't great - there are some things they should have done differently when designing but nothing major at least from my perspective- we've been using their product since 2013 without any issues (and now upgraded recently). We're able track multiple contacts across departments within one account which was previously impossible before upgrading.-.
