Purchased to fit in the lid of a Retroflag NESPi case. It fits perfectly. What I really like are the separate power connections. While it's not needed for the Retroflag NESPi case, I like it as a general rule since you can't guarantee +/- are adjacent pins in other cases. Very quiet. You can hear it if you sit next to it and there is no other noise, but there are games being played for me and it will be across the room from the TV so you will never hear it.
