I like how easy is was for me, as an attorney with limited IT skills can use this system without needing any training or support from technical personnel.

Sometimes you have troubles using some features (such as creating templates) but once figured out we had no issues at all! It's very intuitive and user-friendly which makes collaboration between attorneys easier than ever before! The price point could be lower if they would want more people outside their own organization used them instead only being available through law firms/companies who already are clients / users - however there isn't anything wrong about what pricing structure has been set up so far either way. We've realized benefits such us faster document creation process plus better communication among our team members since everyone now works remotely easily via web meetings etc., saving time overall while increasing efficiency by working together closer even though still separated geographically due.
