Before I write anything, I want to get that straight. This is a great cheap alternative to genuine n64 controllers. That being said, you get what you pay for with these controllers. The plastic is incredibly cheap, as is the design of the controller. It has a more modern analog joystick which is an improvement over the old joystick, but the buttons are loose and can (and will) lose contact with the circuit board with prolonged use. A more modern board makes the controller lighter if that's your ally. If you want authenticity, DO NOT buy these controllers. However, if you want a reasonably decent "fake" that isn't as expensive as real n64 controllers (you know, for your little siblings/Billy of the three houses below), this is a good choice. Just remember you get what you pay for and there is a good chance shipping will render the controller unusable due to the button contact being pushed and removed from the circuit board.
