Great Starter Kit

I like everything I can do with it, but I have a question. It came with no instructions and I have no idea how to get the mug attachment working. I can plug it in and heat it up but it won't pinch cups. Do I have to use a certain cup size? I bought standard white cups from Dollar Tree to experiment with and can't get them to snap onto the nozzle. I'm afraid of breaking the cup or breaking the nozzle itself. Has anyone else been able to get this to work? I can't find a video showing how it works anywhere.

Dual Tube Heater: Unlike traditional single tube heaters, our mini press uses the latest dual tube heater technology. And the temperature difference between center and edge is only about 5℃. But the old-fashioned heating tube is over 10℃.
