The box it was in has been opened. It was securely packaged but looks like it has been mishandled. It was a bit of a dent, because if it is. I liked the chair itself. As pictured and very comfortable. I'm quite short and short although I'm 5ft 2 so this is the perfect size for me. As for my friend and his little brother, both are about 5ft 11 inches tall and slightly heavier, although they weigh about 230lbs they were not very comfortable as they have a short back. Says the chair keeps your posture on the plus side but not for leaning back as you feel the top of the seat. Still I give it 5 stars because it was assembled very quickly and I bought this chair for myself as I usually work from home, sometimes away from the office when I work later. So it's mainly for me and it's comfortable for me and my height. I also like the optics. There also came a note from the seller telling him to contact him directly about any possible missing parts or problems, so that was nice.
