Chromebook was in excellent used condition. Everything worked great. It would help if there were some basic instructions. I had to google to find out how to delete while typing. Very disappointed to find upon receipt that it would not sync or download apps from my iPhone. I do online sales and work from the phone. My eyes aren't as good as they used to be so I need something bigger but easy to manage. To do this I need apps from my phone and since I'm not tech savvy I had no idea I couldn't do it with my iPhone. Be aware if this is your plan.
