The fit and material on this is nice. It's held up well after using it in multiple workouts. I got it in black and can wear it as a normal t-shirt. It's held up well in the wash as well. I'd recommend goimg a size down if you really want the compression feeling. My only complaint is that the neck portion goes too high. It didnt bother me during workouts but on days I've worn this as a shirt under a button up the neck portion does get to be a bit much.
