I'm 5'6", 165lbs, 36D. I ordered a large and a medium just in case, arrived in 2 days on Prime. It was too much extra fabric. Excellent quality and lining, ruffles on the front help hide the fluff while holding it in. When I was going down the river with rapids the girls didn't show up and I didn't get wedges every 5 minutes I ordered two more styles, one large and one medium, geometric style coral (large seems a little big with gaps) with black hook (middle wasn't enough fabric to cover girl) exchange for right size in each style, still great quality.
