The customer support team is very responsive and easy to work with; I think they are great! Notifications were sometimes not clear to understand, but I'm sure this was just me. My biggest problem was not having everything I needed on one platform. There wasn't a way to keep track of my booking history or see all of my pending requests in one place. It would have been helpful to have that information available. I like how quickly I could make changes to my account and see those changes go live. They were able to get us up and running within hours of signing up. We used it primarily to set up a calendar of events we host for schools and sports organizations.
