Since it's been 14 days since I installed the computer, I would like to share my findings with you: Pros: Monitor: 1. The monitor is made by Phillips and I think it's a pretty good monitor. It has various features that change the way images appear on screen for photos, games, movies and more, and is obviously self-configuring. The colors are very good.2. The monitor also comes with an HDMI cable for best results. Desktop: 1. The desktop is thin and doesn't take up much space. I use it as a tower and put it on two legs so it doesn't touch the floor under my desk. 2. It features 4 USB ports on the front and more on the back, making it easy to connect USB peripheral accessories such as portable hard drives. Cons: Monitor: 1. The monitor only has a small speaker that produces a very tinny sound that is difficult to hear and understand.2. It doesn't have a built-in camera, so you'll have to buy a separate one. The monitor came with an additional camera and microphone that needed to be installed and there were no detailed instructions. That could be a whole new set of challenges I have yet to face! Desktop: 1. The desktop runs Windows 10 Pro, which you might think is really good, but I discovered this the hard way after many hours of using Google (my new best friend!) and finally discovered that Bluetooth didn't is supported. I had to call the supplier and say I need to send a bluetooth adapter so I can use my stereo speakers. The portable keyboard was sporadic after the second day and I had to call back to have it replaced. Support: I had to call the supplier twice with problems: remote control and bluetooth adapter for Windows 10. The keyboard they sent was very small and I couldn't type on it because the keys are so small. They sent an adapter for Bluetooth 4.0 which is not supported by any of my accessories (e.g. speakers, hearing aids). I called them twice and both times I had to leave a message and it was three days with no response. Summary: Overall I think Blair Technology is trying to deliver a decent product for the price. However they have let me down as a customer in two key areas: 1. They didn't mention that windows doesn't have bluetooth which you won't know until you install the system and try to use it. You should have the latest Bluetooth adapter that came with the computer.2. The replacement parts they sent were of poor quality and obsolete products, and they didn't deliver the replacement on time, which prevented the computer from being used to its full potential.
