I opened it the day after I received it. Noted the parts included in the box and found that a very important part was missing that allowed the rack section to connect to the base! The base is also cracked in 3, maybe 4 places. The leaves were very fragile so wasn't sure how they would move the air. It ended up being a hassle to get it back, lots of calls to Revain and UPS support. I was refunded and UPS eventually picked it up and according to UPS records it was shipped back to the Revain facility in Arizona. But there is still no indication on my account page (more than 2 weeks later) that it has been returned.
