I was a little hesitant to buy it as I had a lot of transfer tape and it was too sticky or not sticky enough. Tired of paying money for things that don't work and disappoint you? Looking at the roll, I noticed a few air bubbles as it unrolled, but it was nothing. When I applied it to my vinyl it got the perfect tack and smoothed out nicely. Applying it to the cameo where it was went really well and came off with some pressure, in fact I used the same piece again to stick the remaining vinyl art on top and it was still tacky. I bet you could use it a few times before it becomes useless and you have to throw it away. In any case, I'm very glad that I'm no longer tearing my hair out in frustration. Great product for the price, will buy again
