Their customer service team are excellent! They have always been able to answer any questions I've had in regards domain names/hosting etc without fail - even when my requests were very specific (such as "do you offer this particular feature", rather than just an 'a', which was what they'd usually say). We're using them for our own domains & hosting services now too so it's definitely worth considering if your looking into having some sort of web presence online. Nothing really that comes across negatively from working with these guys over 3 years ago but maybe there isn't anything negative either? If anyone else reading does end up going through one other provider though do take care not to use another who will be charging more money upfront unless its clearly justified.
