I've been using parchment paper for years. This keeps my cookies from spreading too much and makes cleanup very easy. I used to buy parchment paper in rolls and cut off the size I needed. On a whim, I decided to try these pre-cut sheets. Here are the benefits of using sheets: 1. You don't have to deal with sheets curling up on you. 2. They are easy to store with my baking sheets and I don't have to find room for a large roll.3. They are unbleached.4. This is the perfect size for my pans. I use less parchment paper because they are all just the right size. When I need to cut them into squares to put between hamburger patties, they are easy to cut because they don't roll on me. I used a paper cutter from my office to cut them so easily. I am interested in purchasing pre-cut sheets like this in the future for so many reasons.
