We ordered this item for our new puppy. An envelope arrived in our mailbox the day before Thanksgiving. The envelope was torn upon delivery, USPS, and the lanyard was missing. I have sent an email to the seller. They reacted immediately. We patiently awaited the replacement and sent another email two weeks later to find out the status of the replacement. Before the seller could reply to our email, a second rental agreement appeared in our mail the next day. I reported this to the seller but apparently they have already sent us a third line to fix the problem. When the third leash arrived we offered to return it but the seller declined our offer and asked that the leash be donated to a local animal shelter. Often things happen out of our control (see 2020) and how a person or company reacts speaks volumes. This new leash fits perfectly in your hand and feels good in your hand. The way it stretches and the chunky design helps us to help our pup adjust to the long walks we've all been taking this year. I highly recommend this product and the seller.
