This case fits a 2013 Yamaha FZ6R Monokey 7 plate. You have to press the red button very hard to release it, but that's acceptable as you don't want it to get lost and fall off. The wiring for the LED goes through a small hole on the bottom. I didn't install this as I need to find a good solution that is waterproof and easy to detach. Now for size. That's good, but a full face helmet MUST be on the side for it to fit. Seriously, you can wear a helmet (ICON Airform Small) and padded overpants (Tourmaster), but forget the ADV or touring jacket. Maybe my summer mesh jacket with unlined overpants, but it's going to be tight. Forget my Alpinestars Vector jacket, but this is a thick leather jacket with Dianese back protection. For travel, you might not think this top case will meet your lockable storage solution needs for your 3 essential gear when you think you are looking for it. This applies to at least 2 devices. Despite this, I am still satisfied with this top case as it will be a lockable solution for my travels.
