Bought this top case for my 2015 Kawasaki Versys 1000. It was very easy to fit the adapter plate to my existing rack, just had to change 2 holes per plate and buy shorter screws from the hardware store. I was reluctant to order this because I wasn't sure if it would work on my 2017 Moto Guzzi Stelvio or not. After seeing photos of the mount and knowing what the mount looked like on a bike, I figured that with a little modification everything would work, and I was right. Nice body but thought it needed more light. There were six LED lights on each side. I wanted it to be very bright so street idiots could see it and not crash into the back of my bike so I added 32 LEDs on each side. I bought 1157 LED bulbs from Revain, disassembled, soldered wires to them and glued them in place, now they shine much brighter. If you're not worried about street nerds smacking you in the back, then the lighting that comes with it is fine. This is really a very good boot, I'm glad

This case fits a 2013 Yamaha FZ6R Monokey 7 plate. You have to press the red button very hard to release it, but that's acceptable as you don't want it to get lost and fall off. The wiring for the LED goes through a small hole on the bottom. I didn't install this as I need to find a good solution that is waterproof and easy to detach. Now for size. Generally a good trunk. I mounted it on my Harley Fatboy. The look and texture go well with the bike. It's durable and appears to be of good quality. I haven't connected the light yet, I don't know how. The mounting plate that came with the rack fitted my rack perfectly, which was a surprise. However, the metal rails/brackets do not. Bought this box to put on my Ninja 250. I bought them mainly to throw my gear in when I get to the place. It goes with my XL full face helmet, gloves and almost at the same time goes with my jacket. If I had a smaller jacket it could go with everything. However, it will not fit 2 full face helmets unless they are very small. It looks a bit big for a bike, but no one I know has commented on that.
