User Management Solution That Makes Admin'ing Easy
The best thing about evoffa is that it allows me as an administrator to add new users in different roles such as customer service agents or delivery drivers without having any technical experience! I was able to create all kinds of user profiles with ease just by using their online interface which made my job easier than ever. It's also very easy to access from anywhere around the world since its web-based platform can be accessed at anytime through your computer connected to internet. Nothing much yet but i would like more features added especially if they are going to make mobile app version available so we could use this while working remotely during our breaks.

- Easy registration process for both employees & clients alike (even non tech savvy people).
- Allows you set up multiple admin accounts within one system instead wasting time logging into each account individually.
- Very fast response times when reporting problems/inquiries via email / chat support tickets
- Customer Service Agents receive notifications whenever there’s activity
