Review on 🐾 Premium BINGPET Anti-Slip Dog Socks: Paw Protectors with Grips for Hardwood Floors by Angie Christensen

Good booties, except.

I bought these for my cat who had leg surgery. She was sent home with a large collar, which she hated and which restricted her movements. Also, I had to constantly take it off to feed her. So I ordered her because I thought she would be better collarless and couldn't unbutton the seams of her ankle boots. These are really well made ankle boots that are easy to slip on and stay in place with velcro straps. My only complaint about the booties themselves is that the velcro is very long (for a cat at least) and constantly sticks to the sock and itself, making it almost impossible to wrap it around your paw while trying to get the squirming cat that fights with my every move. Effort to put on booties. I ended up putting on both booties and my cat couldn't take them off. Note: Even small booties are too big for a cat. Problem is, she wouldn't/couldn't walk in it. She took a step, trying to shake it off, and didn't continue. Eventually she lay down and fell asleep without bothering to try walking in it again. She was even more miserable in booties than in a collar. She is now wearing a collar again (for two weeks) but is much happier without the booties. Tip to the wise: Probably great booties for dogs, but don't worry if you have a cat.
