I absolutely love this stethoscope. I tried it out on my 4-year old as soon as it came in and I heard her heart and lung sounds with no problems whatsoever. I would say it is almost just as good as my much more expensive, adult Littmann. Also all the animal clips are adorable, and it comes with all the ones pictured. It also comes with the little black nametag pictured, another bonus! I can't wait to use it, and in case something does happen, it also comes with a 1 yr/5 yr warranty against defects, so I am definitely pleased with this in just about every way. If you need an inexpensive, working peds stethoscope, this is the way to go!
