Revainrating 4 out of 5

Best upright mouse ever

Update: Unfortunately, after a few months of use, this mouse started showing its flaws. The battery lasts almost a week, initially enough for 3 weeks of daily use. Sometimes it becomes unresponsive and doesn't register clicks even when the battery is fully charged. I want to love this mouse as it definitely has the best ergonomic feel I've ever had, but poor battery life and lack of response make it a poor choice. Update 2: There might have been some other issues with my system as the mouse seems to be behaving much better. I reinstalled Windows after a hard drive crash and the mouse is fine now. The charge still lasts about a week or two with regular use, which is way too short compared to non-rechargeable competitors like the Logitech m570 (lasts over 6 months on a single AA!). Up my rating to 4. First Rating: I've been a big fan of upright mice for a long time, ever since I developed early mouse tendinitis in my wrist. I really like the Logitech m570, but it's not vertical enough. I've tried at least 5 different vertical mice including the overpriced Evoluent mouse. They are all ok but none of them were great. This product is probably the best I've ever tried. Correct vertical angle (too vertical is awkward to use, too small doesn't help to get the hand in a neutral position). The keys have a sufficient level of rigidity - they are easy enough to press on purpose, but are unlikely to be pressed accidentally. The mouse glides well on most surfaces. Most importantly - it seems to be the most ergonomic for my hand/wrist. I haven't used it long enough to comment on the battery life, but I charged it for a few hours when I first got it and it works fine for a week. beautiful. I suspect it will be a long time before it needs to be recharged. It's not perfect - the scroll wheel works well but feels a little cheap and too far out of the palm of your hand in my opinion. But for the price it's right. It is definitely best suited for larger hands, so people with small hands might find it a bit difficult to hold/use. Highly recommended.
