I've played golf twice with this rangefinder. And I can't understand why I didn't get it sooner. hunting etc. but it also works for golf. And it includes the much-needed "tilt" feature. The course I've played recently tends to have holes well below the tees. The scorecard tells you the white tee shots are 151 yards away. I can guarantee that if you hit your regular club that long, you'll be well off the green and in the trees. This range finder has a "slope" function which is displayed as well as the actual distance to the flag. On a particular 3 pair, this meant I used a 9 iron instead of a 6 or 7 iron. Another great thing about this range finder is that it is rechargeable. And yes, there are a few new ones that will require you to change batteries. Try this one, I think you'll like it. And it's not insanely expensive like some other "famous" brands.
